Chris Steel and Paul Tippett are the managing directors of the practice and are involved in every stage of the design process.  Qualifications and years of experience have resulted in an extensive understanding of design concepts and structural capabilities. As a result Steel and Tippett are able to apply their profound knowledge and superior skills towards both large and small scale projects. 

In addition, they have also created numerous working relationships with local builders and sub consultants.
